Field Operations Manager
Responsible for all site work planning and execution, schedule development, progress updates, subcontractor management, submittals, RFI, material ordering and delivery, change management, pay applications, setting prefab. Bldg.’s, generators, pressure testing, reservoir construction, hydrotesting, reclamation, startup, and final acceptance by Owner/Engineer.
Project included a new storage reservoir, below grade pump station, as well as electrical, controls, and process upgrades at two other facilities. Challenges on this project included getting power to the project location, rock excavation, site constraints, instrumentation, and integrating existing site assets with new equipment.
