Construction Services Representative
Management of field and administrative activities. Coordinate and perform surveying, construction staking, and quality control checks. Review and control of all administrative action: submittal and RFI logs, field orders/work change directives, schedule review and management, organize and lead progress meetings, schedule and mentor junior staff, produce meeting agenda/minutes, quantity measurement, as-built record production, punchlist inspections, and closeout.
Design-bid-build of ground storage and elevated water towers. I have worked on welded steel towers, CET Towers, prestressed concrete, cast-in-place, and glass lined reservoirs. Sites commonly included the design and installation of new site piping, valves, hydrants, access roads, landscaping, instrumentation and controls, electrical, coatings, and process piping.
