Performed construction staking and as-built recording for 5,400 LF of 16" steel oil pipeline. Collected, sorted, and organized more than 6,000 data pts including weld locations, utility crossings, bends, ground elevations, rock shielding, anodes, and surface fixtures.

16” steel crude oil pipeline connection between storage terminals. The project Owner required specific and detailed as-built data collection criteria such as naming conventions, codes, and surface collection. One challenge was budgeted time vs. expected time onsite. Clear communication with project leadership and field leadership helped start the discussion about potential overruns so a modified budget/scope proposal could be developed.
